Design Overview

As Bosma’s lead designer, I uphold its brand identity and increase its visibility in the growing online marketplace. Worked with the cross functional team to understand business objectives, user needs, and UX goal scopes. Managed the design process in the developing teams, and agile design system to have better efficiency and effectiveness.

Refined and updated Bosma Design System (80% contribution)

Built strong Bosma brand identity in the design aspect, evolved and refined the design system, designed branding assets elevate Bosma unique design principle.

Focused on redesigning home page, featured product page and support page. Conducted user research, AB testing and data analysis to figure out the pain point and insights, solved problems and developed on WordPress.

Bosma Smart Home App
(60% contribution)

All Bosma Products are integrated into one app. Pick up the basic tools and features that it has to offer with intuitive design when purchasing Bosma’s at-home security products. Worked with product and engineering team to developed and iterated the Bosma App (IOS and Android) with BOSMA smart home system.

Improved Bosma Amazon Page
(50% contribution)

Redesigned and improved all the Amazon listing pages. The listing improvements basically enabled Bosma to ramp up Amazon sales in the 2nd half of the year of 2021, making it a suitable representation of Bosma’s brand.
